Important: All our products are made to order, which means each item is custom-produced specifically for your order. This affects our processing and shipping timelines as outlined below.

2. Processing Time

2.1 Production Time

All products are made to order. Production begins 24 hours after your order is placed and typically takes 2-5 business days to complete.

Business Days: We operate Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Production and shipping times are calculated in business days only.

2.2 Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will begin production within 24 hours. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery timeframe.

3. Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options for most products:

3.1 Economy Shipping

  • Transit Time: 4-8 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 6-13 business days from order date (including 2-5 days production + 4-8 days shipping)
  • Cost: Varies by product
  • Carrier: Various carriers depending on shipping location

3.2 Standard Shipping

  • Transit Time: 2-5 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 4-10 business days from order date (including 2-5 days production + 2-5 days shipping)
  • Cost: Varies by product
  • Free Shipping: Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $75
  • Carrier: Various carriers depending on shipping location

3.3 Shipping Cost Calculation

Shipping costs vary by product and are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method (Economy or Standard)

4. Shipping Locations

4.1 Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states
  • U.S. territories
  • APO/FPO addresses (military)

4.2 International Shipping

We are currently only selling and shipping within the United States. We may open international shipping in the future if demand permits. Please check back for updates or contact us at support@erniethewawa.com if you have questions about international shipping.

5. Tracking Information

5.1 Tracking Numbers

Once production is complete and your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

5.2 Tracking Updates

Tracking information is typically available within 24-48 hours after your package is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@erniethewawa.com.

6. Multiple Item Orders

6.1 Separate Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on production times. Each item will be shipped as soon as it completes production, which means:

  • Items may arrive on different dates
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers
  • Each shipment is tracked independently

6.2 Shipping Costs for Multiple Items

Shipping costs for multiple items are calculated at checkout. If items ship separately, you will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond what was calculated at checkout.

7. Address Accuracy

7.1 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

7.2 Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@erniethewawa.com. We can only modify addresses before production begins. Once production has started, we cannot change the shipping address.

7.3 Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you:

  • We can reship the order at your cost (you will be responsible for additional shipping fees)
  • Or we can provide a full refund for the returned items

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, you are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Once you have filed a claim and the carrier confirms the package is lost and processes the claim, please contact us at support@erniethewawa.com if you have any questions.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the carrier to investigate lost package claims. You can file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

8.2 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@erniethewawa.com with photos of the damaged package and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or providing a refund. See our Return Policy for more details.

8.3 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held at a local carrier facility for pickup or returned to sender. Please monitor your tracking information and contact the carrier directly if you need to arrange pickup or redirect delivery.

9. Signature Requirements

Signature is typically not required for delivery. However, carriers may require a signature for certain packages at their discretion. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign, the carrier will follow their standard procedures (leave a notice, hold for pickup, etc.).

10. Holiday and Peak Season Delays

10.1 Extended Processing Times

During busy holiday periods and peak shopping seasons, production and shipping times may be extended beyond our standard timeframes. We will do our best to notify you of any delays, but please allow extra time during:

  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday
  • Christmas / Holiday season
  • New Year
  • Other peak shopping periods

10.2 Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

  • Weather-related delays
  • Carrier strikes or labor disputes
  • Natural disasters
  • High shipping volumes during peak seasons
  • Customs delays (for future international shipping)

We will not issue refunds for carrier delays, as these are outside our control once the package is in transit.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping options (such as overnight or 2-day shipping). All orders are processed using our standard production time (2-5 business days) and shipped via Economy or Standard shipping methods.

13. Order Cancellation

13.1 Before Production Begins

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@erniethewawa.com. Orders may be cancelled before production begins (within 24 hours of order placement) for a full refund.

13.2 After Production Begins

Once production has started (after 24 hours from order placement), orders cannot be cancelled. If you need to return an item after receiving it, please refer to our Return Policy.

14. Shipping Restrictions

14.1 Prohibited Items

We comply with all applicable shipping regulations. Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to local laws or carrier restrictions.

14.2 PO Boxes

We can ship to PO Box addresses. Please ensure your PO Box address is entered correctly at checkout.
